"The statement" a comprehensive daily newspaper founded in 1980 by a decree issued by the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, where solved "the statement" place "Al-Dubai News" weekly.
The first issue of "statement" on the tenth of May 1980, the newspaper became the fifth issued in the state and the first Arab newspaper devoted two pages and then three Verava for money and business, which is the only Arab newspaper that gave the economic priority as provided in the tab on local affairs.
