GIS data consist of national thematic spatial data sets and other thematic spatial data sets, which collect information on land use characteristics. National thematic spatial data sets:
- M 1: 10000 soil spatial data set of the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (Dirv_DR10LT);
- M 1: 10000 land reclamation status and watering spatial data set of the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (Mel_DR10LT);
- Spatial data set of brownfields in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (AŽ_DRLT);
- A set of spatial data on the surveyed state land areas of the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, which stores information on the state land areas included in the survey (VŽA_DRLT).
Cartographic basis for spatial data sets:
- M 1: 10000 digital raster orthophotographic map of the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (ORT10LT);
- Georeferenced basis cadastral data (GRPK).
