Vula’s look and feel has changed completely, along with new features and improvements in functionality.
## What is new
**Join more than one team**
- You can now be part of multiple teams at once, for example if you work at both Red Cross and Groote Schuur, you can be a member of both teams.
- You can go on call for more than one team at a time, or be on call for only one of the teams you belong to. This remains in your control, and when you go off call, you still need to place another team member on call.
**Get a second opinion**
- Chat is still structured around referrals, but you can now add more people to a chat. This means you can easily ask for a second opinion, including a second opinion from someone in a different speciality.
**Your inbox looks different**
- We’ve split saved cases and unread cases into separate inboxes for easy access.
- We’ve introduced a ‘favourite’ feature. When you star a case, it goes into a separate inbox. This is an easy way to tag cases that you want to discuss with colleagues or students.
- Swipe left to archive or forward a case.
**Forward to a different speciality**
- In previous versions, you could only forward a referral if the next recipient was in the same speciality. You can now forward any referral to anyone who is set up to receive referrals. For example, forward from Emergency Medicine to Obs & Gynae, without filling in a new form.
**Manage your profile**
- We’ve made it easier to manage where you work, and your contact details. If you’re only sending referrals, you can change your own place of work. If you also receive referrals, you need to be approved by the team admin when you change where you work.
**Report bugs**
- We’ve implemented Instabug. Shake your phone to report a bug. Instabug automatically takes a screenshot of where you are, and sends the bug to the development team.
