V FIT Training is an online training service that aims to have a true impact on each individual.
We believe the human body is composed of the body, mind and soul. We aim to train all three of these aspects of a person.
THE BODY: We train the body through physical exercise. It is our job to maximize your time and efficiency at home or in the gym, it's what we do best! 30 mins is all we need to get you rockin and rolling towards your desired goals. 60 minute sessions are not necessary, but are available if you do so desire. Along with the online training, We provide you with tools and resources to help you sustain results long after completing our program.
THE MIND: We train the mind by educating our clients on various healthy living strategies and the actual benefit of each exercise being performed in any given workout program. We also provide our clients with what we call "Daily Food For Thought" which is a daily exercise designed to help boost our clients confidence and self-esteem.
THE SOUL: We train the soul by feeding it passion, and providing our clients with a 24/7 support group. We surround you with a team of professionals that support you through every step of our program. We provide daily inspiration and accountability to help you stay motivated and focused, from start to finish.
24/7 diet support and guidance is included and Vlatka is always available via text message when you need it most!
