Hey Guys, Mack B here. I wanted to take a quick moment to introduce you to my page, The Day After Training or TDA. I believe anyone can show up and be successful in whatever it is they’re passionate about. But what will make you exceptional, is what you do with the day after. I will be sharing content in hopes of building a community that promotes a healthier relationship with not only physical health but mental health as well. TDA offers services such as client specific programs that can be tailored to in home or gym training as well as detailed meal plans.
