The Mobile Self-Readings application allows household and retail customers to take gas consumption readings. It is created for offtake points on the territory of the GasNet Distribution System Operator, s.r.o., (the entire Czech Republic outside the area of Prague and the South Bohemian Region) regardless of the selected gas supplier.
- You simply enter the reading of the gas meter according to your needs according to the current status of the dial.
- In the application you select either reading with registration or without registration.
By registering in the application, you will also get an overview of the readings you have entered for all consumption points in a simple view.
- You will receive information about the receipt of your reading in the system of the Distribution System Operator GasNet, s.r.o. immediately via e-mail or SMS.
- You will receive the evaluation and confirmation of the correctness of the reading by the next day after the verification of the reading by the application control systems of the Distribution System Operator.
- The deduction for the purposes of extraordinary invoicing at the customer's request can only be entered at the end of the calendar year 31 December. In case of questions about the possibilities of extraordinary invoicing outside the deadline of 31 December, please contact your gas supplier.
- The Mobile Self-Readings application can be run on any device (tablet, mobile phone, laptop, PC…) connected to the Internet.
