While it's easy to end up consuming guided meditations as series on Netflix, that's not what the practice is about. In Respirar we occupy the passenger seat: we show you the way and we walk it with you, but we give you the space to learn to walk it by yourself.
Let's start each chapter by practicing together, with step-by-step instructions. And we will end up practicing together, but in silence, so that later you can continue practicing without depending on us.
4) Tools by and for meditators
In addition to the contents, the app offers (a) a timer to practice silently and (b) a statistics section so you can see how much you are meditating.
