MyPlan by Emma aims to help control and monitor medication intake by patients with chronic diseases. MyPlan by Emma allows patients to see their updated medication plan on their mobile at all times and facilitates communication between the patient and healthcare professionals through a secure and private environment.
The main features offered by MyPlan by Emma are:
SCHEDULE. In daily and monthly format, it notifies you of the tasks and allows you to record the scheduled activity (taking medications, controls and appointments).
TREATMENT: MyPlan by Emma is a help tool for your pharmacological treatment, allowing you to plan and validate the drug intake at any time. From the application you can also add other drugs and treatments. It contains information, photographs, leaflets and recommendations on pharmacological treatment, as well as precautions to be taken and information on possible interactions.
SELF-CONTROL This module allows regular monitoring of the main biomedidas, such as weight, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, temperature, etc. It also includes records of general status, pain control and other evaluation and therapeutic compliance questionnaires. In some groups of patients, it will be integrated with a heart rate monitor via Bluetooth connection to control heart rate and blood pressure (in users affected by certain heart diseases).

All the information that is entered in the application is registered in a cloud space called “personal folder”, hosted on secure servers and accessible via the web both by the user –patient- as well as by his authorized professional or doctor.
