Application of Law on Bidding provides digitization of Bidding Law documents No. 43/2013/QH13. This Law regulates the state management of bidding; responsibilities of related parties and procurement activities.
Law on Bidding No. 43/2013/QH13 dated November 26, 2013 of the National Assembly, effective from July 1, 2014, as amended and supplemented by:
1. Law No. 03/2016/QH14 dated November 22, 2016 of the National Assembly amending and supplementing Article 6 and Appendix 4 on the List of conditional investment and business lines of the Investment Law, takes effect from January 1, 2017;
2. Law on Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises No. 04/2017/QH14 dated June 12, 2017 of the National Assembly, effective from January 1, 2018;
3. Law on Architecture No. 40/2019/QH14 dated June 13, 2019 of the National Assembly, effective from July 1, 2020;
4. Law on Investment in the form of public-private partnership No. 64/2020/QH14 dated June 18, 2020 of the National Assembly, effective from January 1, 2021.
