Here are the simplest and best jailhouse workout routines!
You can train your body properly with only basic workouts: push-ups, pull-ups, squats and burpees!
We offer 3 methods to do the workouts described above.
First, Juarez's valley method.
You need to set the height of the valley first. Default height is 20. If it's 20, the routine goes like this: 20-1-19-2-18-3-... and so on. It's a good method to be used with push-ups and burpees!
Second, Pyramid & Reverse Pyramid method.
You need to set the height of the pyramid first. Default height is 10. If it's 10, the routine goes like this: 1-2-3-4-...-10-9-8-7-...-1. It's a good method to be used with pull-ups!
Finally, Deck of Death method.
You shuffle the deck and pick a random card and you do the workout accordingly. It has 15 minutes of time limit, but if it's too hard for you, try the 'No Limit Mode!'. It's a good method to be used with burpees and squats.
