The e-SUS AD
Application for exclusive use in Home Care Services (Best at Home) of the Unified Health System (SUS). Its purpose is to record clinical information that will be integrated into the Electronic Citizen's Record (PEC), in addition to capturing production data for the Multiprofessional Home Care Teams (EMAD) and Multiprofessional Support Teams (EMAP). Requires installation of PEC software to aggregate information, through synchronization.
Its objective is to assist the work process of the teams, seeking to qualify the registration of information, through the offer of a mobile and electronic tool so that the registration of information can occur at the place of attendance, making it possible to perform it more quickly and with less risk of data loss.
With the e-SUS AD version 2.0 module it is possible to:
· Perform and edit citizens' registrations being monitored in the SAD;
· Register clinical and production information of the services;
It also features new features, such as:
· Eligibility assessment - In this version, the application now allows citizens to assess their eligibility;
· Post-death monitoring - In this version, the system allows post-death monitoring of family members of the deceased citizen who was in HC;
· Citizen photo - In this version, it is possible to register the citizen's photo using the camera of the mobile device.
· Prioritization of the social name - In this version, if the citizen has a registered social name, then the system will give priority to using that name.
· Data transmission to the federal base, through PEC 2.0 (and subsequent versions)
Changes:
· Information kept - In this version after the device hibernates, the application keeps the recorded information saved so that when the professional returns to the service, this information is available;
· Caregiver relationship - In the citizen's register, in the caregiver's information set, it is possible to inform what his relationship with the citizen is;
· New field - Included the field "Service location", in the service of citizens in AD;
· Measurement change - The height field is recorded in centimeters and no longer in meters;
· Glycemia Update - To be in compliance with the PEC, the Glycemia field in the SOAP (Objective) received new values for the “moment of collection”.
